NEW PATIENT PROCESS
So that you may make appointments quickly and conveniently, I provide a secure web site for my patients to go online and choose appointment times. The process is quite simple:

1. Register as a new patient on the New Patient Registration page.
2. You will receive a confirmation email that contains a link to the online appointment schedule.
3. Log into the appointment schedule with the username and password provided in your confirmation email.
4. Select the type of appointment you'd like to make. New patients must start by scheduling a New Patient Appointment. (UHS patients may schedule a Routine Office Exam as their first appointment, unless a complete physical or gynecology exam is desired, in which case the Complete Physical Exam is the appropriate type of appointment to make.)
5. Choose a date and time for your appointment (see below).
6. Follow directions to provide the required information.
7. Click "Make Appointment" to confirm your spot in my schedule.

You will receive an email confirmation after you make an appointment. You may log in any time, 24-7, to check your appointments and/or make additional appointments.
